We are seeking a skilled Recruiter with 5-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for a manufacturing environment. The role will focus on hiring across functions including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and also Sales & Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
Recruit for both plant-level (blue/grey collar, supervisors, engineers, managers) and corporate-level roles (sales, marketing, finance, admin).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, references, and campus hiring.
Handle bulk/volume hiring for workers/operators as well as niche hiring for technical and managerial roles.
Collaborate with HODs of Production, Sales & Marketing, and other functions to align hiring strategies.
Manage vendor coordination with recruitment agencies and manpower contractors.
Maintain recruitment metrics, MIS reports, and dashboards for leadership review.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in hiring for manufacturing + sales & marketing functions.
Proven ability in both volume hiring and mid/senior-level recruitment.
Good understanding of industry manpower trends, compensation benchmarking, and statutory aspects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools.
Educational Qualification
Graduate/MBA in HR or related discipline.
