Location: Mankkavu,Calicut

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for open positions

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals

- Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and preferences

- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring

- Build relationships with candidates, providing excellent customer service and experience

- Negotiate job offers and salaries, ensuring competitive compensation packages
