Hire and onboard
delivery partners
for last-mile delivery operations. Ensuredaily availability
of delivery partners to meet operational needs. Act quickly toreplace
delivery partners in case of urgent requirements or absences. Maintain apipeline of candidates
to ensure consistent coverage. Coordinate with theoperations team
to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules.Requirements:
Prior experience in
recruitment or fleet management
preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,015.62 - ₹27,763.47 per month
