Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected

Manpower Recruiter

to handle recruitment activities for our growing network of

Naturals Salon branches across Kerala

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the

salon industry

, a strong network of salon professionals, and fluency in

Malayalam, English, and Hindi

.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for various salon roles (Stylists, Beauticians, Managers, Assistants, etc.) across all Kerala branches. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, social media, and personal networks. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and interpersonal fit. Coordinate interviews, trials, and onboarding in coordination with branch managers. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future staffing needs. Build and maintain a database of salon professionals across Kerala. Support employee retention strategies by understanding branch needs and candidate expectations.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience

in recruitment within the

salon or beauty industry

. Strong

network and contacts

with salon professionals across Kerala (an added advantage). Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam, English, and Hindi

. Ability to travel to different branches for recruitment and onboarding support. Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of salon job profiles and expectations.
