Senior Recruiter

Experience Required:

Education :

Any Graduate / MBA -HR ( would be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closure Source and screen candidates through online channels and referrals Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain and update the candidate database regularly Handle multiple roles independently and support interns if needed

Skills and Competencies Required:

Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates Strong communication and follow-up ability Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in Excel and recruitment documentation Prior experience in

IT and Non-Tech hiring

is desirable.
