Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with job portals, candidate sourcing, and coordinating recruitment processes for international placements.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients Maintain and update candidate database Screen applications and shortlist relevant profiles Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team for job requirements Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools Excellent communication skills - verbal & written Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Experience in overseas recruitment (preferred)
