We are hiring a Recruiter for our international recruitment division based in Cochin. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in sourcing candidates for overseas opportunities and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for international job openings Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases Communicate effectively with clients and candidates Prepare and manage job postings and recruitment reports
Requirements:

Experience in recruitment (preferably international placements) Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule: Day Duty (Monday to Saturday)
