Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting, and many more.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill is non-negotiable.
Must have had stakeholder management experience of minimum 1 year.
Ability to understand briefing on roles and translates the same into Job description to develop sourcing strategy.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Manage End to End recruitment.
Performing reference and background checks.
Good negotiation skills.
Familiar with using tools like Google suits, Zoom, recruiter RMS is preferable.
A proactive approach to closing the position against deadlines is a must.
Experience in updating and maintaining candidates records is essential.
Reference check and Background verification experience is an added advantage.
