We are seeking a Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for sales, site, and corporate roles in the real estate sector. The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management to meet project and business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for real estate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and agencies.
Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Handle offer rollout and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
1-4 years of recruitment experience (real estate/construction preferred).
Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
