Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and internal database
Screen candidates and assess relevant skills for
insurance/broking roles
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Handle
bulk hiring for sales, telecalling, field executives, insurance advisors, claim executives, TPA roles, and back-office staff
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports
Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiation, and onboarding
Support HR activities like documentation and joining formalities
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of
insurance processes
(sales, claims, policy issuance, TPA, broking) - preferred
Experience in
bulk hiring / field sales hiring
is an added advantage
Ability to work under timelines
Basic MS Excel & HR tools
Qualification
Any Degree
6 month -3 years of experience
Intern Experience also eligible
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
