Responsibilities:
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Call leads assigned through CRM and meet daily specified numbers.
Assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
Arrange interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeline of recruitment process are met.
Act as a point of contact and build rapport with the candidate during the selection process.
Promote company's reputation while communicating with candidates.
Participate in job fairs & hiring events.
Maintain recruitment tracker for all open positions.
Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews & follow up for their feedback from clients.
Coordinate with Visa and Compliance department during various stages.
Prepare daily MIS and tracker in excel format.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Show strong work ethics and sense of commitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
0-3year exp.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and navigate recruitment process.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹97,194.29 - ₹300,000.00 per year
