The Recruiter will support client hiring managers with filling their campus/early careers hiring demand. They are responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met. The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues.
Key Accountabilities
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Deliver end-to-end campus recruitment services, providing expert counsel and ensuring timelines are met.
Lead discussions on attraction strategies & aligning approach with market and hiring needs.
Partner with Leads & Managers to strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders through regular engagement.
Monitor recruitment funnel metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
Work with campus recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists through to Assessment Centre.
Drive excellent candidate experience from interview/assessment to onboarding, in partnership with onsite coordinators and offshore teams.
Maintain real-time updates of candidate status and requisition changes in all relevant systems and trackers.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience of 3-5 years managing end-to-end recruitment delivery with strong expertise in campus hiring, preferably for BFSI or professional services sectors (not limited to these).
In-depth understanding of talent attraction strategies and candidate management.
Volume hiring experience with ability to manage large pipelines efficiently.
Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining quality and compliance.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
Approachable, proactive, and go-getter attitude for building relationships and driving outcomes.
Data management skills, including proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
Hands-on experience using recruitment technologies and tools to manage the hiring process effectively.
Good-to-have: Event engagement experience for campus activities and branding initiatives.
