Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and project background.
Coordinate telephonic and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers or clients.
Maintain strong pipelines for upcoming and recurring project requirements.
2. Client / Department Coordination
Understand detailed job requirements shared by clients or project heads.
Share shortlisted profiles and follow up for feedback, interviews, and selection status.
Coordinate between client HR/technical teams and candidates for smooth hiring processes.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams for manpower forecasting.
3. Offer & Onboarding Process
Negotiate offers and salary discussions within approved budgets.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding assistance.
Track joining status and maintain candidate engagement till date of joining.
4. Database & Reporting
Maintain updated recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Track hiring performance metrics -- TAT (turnaround time), offer-to-join ratio, etc.
Submit weekly and monthly recruitment status reports to management.
5. Employer Branding & Market Research
Promote company culture and project achievements to attract quality talent.
Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and social media recruitment campaigns.
