We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while building strong talent pipelines and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles.
Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open roles.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
