Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
Understand job descriptions and hiring needs by coordinating with internal teams.
Source candidates from various job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment databases.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support in employer branding and participate in recruitment drives/events.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
3-6years of proven experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Should be willing to work from Jayanagar, Bangalore.
