About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT positions for India and the US locations. You'll play a key role in understanding hiring needs, sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Sourcing & Outreach



Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and internal databases Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach and professional networking

End-to-End Recruitment



Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across multiple platforms Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates Coordinate technical tests, HR rounds, and final interviews Gather feedback and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams

IT & Technical Hiring



Recruit for roles including Software Developer, UI/UX Designer, QA Engineer, DevOps, Network Engineer, and Project Manager Collaborate with technical panels for coding tests, portfolio reviews, and skill assessments Familiarity with tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, Java, Cloud, AI, etc.) is a plus

Non-IT Hiring



Manage hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Admin, Customer Support, and Logistics roles Support campus hiring, internships, and volume recruitment drives as needed

Reporting & Compliance



Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports Ensure hiring processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations

Skills & Qualifications



Must-Have:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT domains Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment strategies, and interview methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to Have:



Experience in bulk or campus recruitment Understanding of technical job requirements and IT terminology
