What You Will Own
End-to-end IT recruitment for niche and volume roles -- with complete ownership.
Deeply understand our business, leaders, teams, and tech stack so you hire not just for skills but for fit and future.
Create sourcing strategies that don't look like everyone else's -- be creative, bold, and proactive.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline and stay two steps ahead of hiring needs.
Build weekly and monthly hiring dashboards, reports, and insights that help the business make better decisions.
Bring structure, clarity, and attention to detail to everything you do.

You have a technical qualification (Computers/IT) and ideally an MBA in HR.
