Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern for our client. The ideal candidate will assist in various stages of the recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resource operations.

Client Requirement

: This position is for one of our clients, not within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri,
and job portals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system. Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, and
feedback.
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms. Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes(indeed,naukri,monster,linkdin..etc)
