Screening and Shortlisting
Conduct initial resume screenings.
Assist in shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Send interview confirmations and follow-ups.
Candidate Engagement
Communicate with candidates regarding application status.
Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a good candidate experience.
Database Management
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure accurate records of interviews, feedback, and hiring status.
Support in Onboarding
Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Coordinate documentation and orientation activities.
Market Research
Research industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
Reporting and Metrics
Assist in generating weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Analyze hiring metrics to support improvements in recruitment strategies.
Administrative Support
Support recruiters and HR managers with various administrative tasks.
