We're looking for a high-energy Recruiter Intern who loves talking to people and doesn't shy away from the phone. If you can handle
70-80 calls a day
, follow up with candidates, and make sure interviews are scheduled on time - you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do:
Make 70-80 candidate calls daily (outbound & inbound).
Do regular follow-ups with applicants to keep the process moving.
Schedule interviews and ensure candidates show up on time.
Maintain candidate trackers and keep the recruitment pipeline organized.
Support the HR team with day-to-day hiring tasks.
