Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support inclusive hiring initiatives across various roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to hiring diverse talent pools, including Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions Source candidates through job portals, referrals, partnerships, and outreach programs Screen and assess candidates based on skills, role requirements, and job fit Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and timelines Support inclusive hiring practices and ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data Assist in onboarding coordination and post-joining support Collaborate with external partners such as training institutes, NGOs, or hiring partners where applicable Participate in hiring drives, job fairs, and talent engagement initiatives
Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Exposure to inclusive / diversity hiring is a strong advantage Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Good stakeholder management and coordination skills Organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools
Qualifications:

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field Prior experience working on DEI or inclusive hiring initiatives will be an added advantage
