Role : Recruiter /Corporate HR RecruiterResponsibilitiesoAssist senior recruiters with Sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across projectsoWork along with Senior recruiters to understand hiring leaders' needs and deliver value by crafting best solutions for themoCreate an excellent experience, supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.oSupport with scheduling interviews and candidate onboarding processes.oConduct basic administrative tasks related to recruitment, including data entry and record management.oInfluence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.oUtilize basic Excel functions to analyze and present recruitment data (as instructed).oStaying updated about hiring trends and best practicesThe Role offersoIdentifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring from the competitive market.oCollaborate with senior recruiters to gain insight into business talent needs and build proactive talent pipeline for critical upcoming positionsEssential SkillsoOverall 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment and Sourcing with 4+ years of Strong experience in IT recruitmentoExcellent Communication Skills oAttention to DetailoShould be able to negotiate and have good selling skills oTime ManagementEssential QualificationoAny Graduation/MBA in HR would be an added advantage.
