Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter at scanO in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to join our innovative and dynamic team. Duties include conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with applicant tracking systems Proficiency in MS Office and Presentations Degree in Human Resources, related field or relevant work experience
