Experience recruiting commercial talent (inhouse and/or agency experience) for complex/tech companies
Ability to partner with a sourcing team to build pipelines and source yourself for senior hires
ATS / Conduct Recruiter Phone Screens / Sourcing / Conduct Intake Meetings with HMs / Conduct Debrief Meetings / Decision making / Draft offers
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.
Build pipeline of candidates for anticipated staff openings. Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
Level II Intermediate level resource with significant experience
