Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent:

? Write JDs, post jobs.

? Source, screen, interview candidates.

? Should be Pro in Blue Collar (Workers) hiring too - Compulsory!

? Negotiate, onboard new hires.

HR Operations:

? Manage greytHR software or similar daily.

? Update records, attendance, payroll on Google sheets

? Handle grievances, resolve issues.

? Implement HR policies smoothly.

? Assist appraisals, reviews.

Employee Engagement:

? Plan engagement programs.

? Organize training & workshops.

? Address concerns, boost morale.

Compliance:

? Ensure labor law adherence.

? Maintain all HR documents.

? Monitor payroll records carefully.

Qualifications:

? 2+ years HR experience.

? Skilled in greytHR tool or similar.

? Strong in compliance, laws.

Skills:

? Proficient in Google Sheets.

? Organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
