We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Recruiter
to manage end-to-end hiring for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various positions.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment handling (sourcing to joining)
Sourcing candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining recruitment data and trackers
Follow-up with candidates till joining
Supporting HR activities as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
