The individual will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in relevant positions.
The role also requires managing the onboarding, being custodian employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address staffing needs and maintain compliance with HR policies.
Additionally, the Recruiter + HR Ops Specialist will contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in policy formulation and implementation.
