Job Summary - HR (Hospitality Industry)
Responsible for recruiting hotel staff and managing essential HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management across boutique hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and hire staff for boutique hotel operations
Coordinate onboarding and maintain employee records
Manage payroll, staff compensation, leave, and holidays
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle basic HR administration and employee queries
Support performance management and staff retention initiatives
Requirements
Experience in recruitment and HR, preferably in hospitality
Knowledge of payroll and HR administration
Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ganganagar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

HR sourcing: 3 years (Required)
