We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for both management and technical roles in our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and proven experience in recruiting engineers, site staff, and managerial professionals.
Key responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment cycle for technical and managerial positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals and other means.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidates communication.
Requirement:
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (Preferably in Construction/ Infrastructure)
Hands on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, etc.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
