Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide regular reports
Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Experience in bulk hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring in digital marketing industry
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri etc
