Roles and Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end recruitment

for all roles (sales, operations, etc.), from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement

innovative hiring strategies

to attract top talent. Leverage

LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks

to identify and engage candidates. Build and manage a

strong employer brand

to position Proppr as the go-to place for real estate professionals.

Qualifications

3+ years of

HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience

in real estate/hospitality hiring Strong

sourcing and networking skills

to attract top talent. Ability to build and execute

structured recruitment and onboarding processes

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to engage candidates and employees. Experience with

HR tools, job portals, and employer branding strategies

. A self-driven,

solution-oriented approach

with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
