Manage end-to-end recruitment forinside sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. o Develop and execute effective bulk hiring strategies to meet aggressive headcount targets. o Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies. o Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit forsales roles. o Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics. o Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. o Maintain recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and source of hire. o Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at all stages. o Manage job postings and employer branding on various platforms. o Work with HR and Training teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Required Skills and Qualifications: o Any bachelor's degree o 2-3 years of experience in bulk or volume hiring, preferably for inside sales or tele-sales roles. o Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment with short turnaround times. o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Apna, Job hai, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). o Ability to handle pressure and meet hiring deadlines. o Knowledge ofsales profiles and basic understanding of sales metrics is a plus. o Experience hiring for call centers, BPOs, Tele caller or Inside sales-driven environments. o Multilingual abilities are a plus. o Experience managing campus hiring drives.
