We are looking for an energetic and detail-driven

Recruiter

to handle

bulk hiring

for our

Inside Sales team

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Inside Sales roles - sourcing to onboarding
Drive high-volume hiring strategies to meet headcount goals
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and agencies
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and expectations
Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communications
Track hiring metrics - TAT, quality of hire, and source efficiency
Ensure a seamless and professional experience for every candidate
Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives
Work closely with HR and L&D for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2-3 years of experience in

bulk/volume hiring

(Inside Sales, BPO, Telecalling preferred)
Strong sourcing and screening abilities under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience in

call center/BPO/inside sales recruitment

is highly desirable
Campus hiring exposure is a plus
Multilingual skills are an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
