Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
Understand job descriptions and coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus drives, consultants).
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Manage pre-joining formalities and support onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist HR team as needed.
