Maintain communication with vendors, contractors, and candidates.
Organize interviews, document collection, and verification.
Manage gate pass applications and joining formalities.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment (field/bulk hiring preferred).
Strong command of
Hindi and English
- verbal and written.
Familiar with WhatsApp, Excel, and basic digital tools.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
Must be flexible to travel locally for recruitment drives.
