We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has previously worked in the same role and possesses strong sourcing capabilities for grass root level manpower. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruiting operational and support staff such as Housekeepers, Security Guards, Ward Boys/Ward Girls, Peons, and similar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for grass root level and support staff.
Strong field-level sourcing through local networks, references, vendors, agencies, and walk-in candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
Ensure timely deployment of manpower as per operational requirements.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with site supervisors, operations team, and HR for manpower planning.
Handle joining formalities and basic documentation verification.
Follow up with candidates to reduce no-show and early attrition.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in recruiting grass root level staff.
Strong local sourcing network and vendor connections.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to meet urgent hiring requirements and targets.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Field recruitment and bulk hiring experience preferred.
