Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
Conduct reference checks on shortlisted candidates before making final recommendations.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
Must have exposure of Various job portals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
