The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivers a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (sourcing through offer)
Partner with hiring manager to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conducts phone/video interviews
Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring manager
Prepare and extend job offers and support onboarding activities
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
