We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment for Northern America
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws
Partner with new companies.
Working hours will be EST timezone.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines
Familiarity with ATS systems and online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards)
Fluent in English
French is an asset
