About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Recruiter
with hands-on experience in hiring for
non-IT roles
within an
E-Commerce environment
. The ideal candidate should be strong in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and sourcing quality talent for fast-paced teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for non-IT roles (Ops, Customer Support, Marketing, Accounts, Warehouse, etc.).
Understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet.
Build a strong pipeline of relevant talent for future hiring needs.
Coordinate with management and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
Recruitment (Non-IT)
.
Prior experience working with an
E-Commerce company
is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Good to Have
Knowledge of basic HR processes.
Experience managing bulk hiring or multi-role hiring.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
