Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from clients (IT & Non-IT roles)
Source potential candidates through various channels - job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal database
Screen resumes and conduct initial Screening Calls
Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Update and manage recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)
0-2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing (internships count)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
