The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of identifying and attracting skilled professionals aligned with our company values and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create effective
job descriptions
.
Source and screen candidates using
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
, and other job portals.
Conduct
initial telephonic interviews
and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain and update the
recruitment tracker
and candidate database.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
Collaborate with management to ensure
timely closure
of open positions.
Handle
campus hiring, referral programs
, and other recruitment drives when required.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
recruitment processes and tools
.
Hands-on experience in
technical/non-technical hiring
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Good
organizational and follow-up
skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and email communication.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven
environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Time taken to close open positions
Quality and retention of hired candidates
Accuracy of recruitment documentation and reporting
Candidate and manager satisfaction with the recruitment process
