Conduct screening calls and build rapport with candidates.
Support compliance and documentation processes.
Coordinate interviews with international clients.
Qualifications:
Freshers with excelent spoken & written English
OR candidates with Domestic Recruitment experience (Bonus) looking to move into Healthcare Recruitment
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the international recruitment space
Good phone etiquette, confidence, and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
