Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles in the engineering and construction services industry (site engineers, project managers, estimators, procurement, safety officers, etc.).
Collaborate with project leaders and department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, industry associations, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical and HR interviews with respective panels.
Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process.
Ensure collection, verification, and follow-up of all required documents from candidates at the time of joining.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future project requirements.
Ensure recruitment compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Must have proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment for the Engineering & Construction Services industry.
Strong understanding of roles, skills, and manpower needs specific to construction and engineering projects.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, naukari.com, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with HR software, ATS, and recruitment databases.
