Job Description

Role Overview



The Recruiter will be responsible for

end-to-end recruitment

for overseas projects, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting mobilization processes. This role requires

knowledge of GCC hiring norms

and the ability to work closely with agents, candidates, and clients to ensure smooth execution of bulk and specialized recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities



Source candidates from databases, job portals, social media, and through

agent networks across India

. Screen and shortlist CVs based on

client job descriptions and skill requirements

. Coordinate

trade tests, interviews, and mobilization activities

(medical, GAMCA, visa processing). Maintain and update

Excel trackers and Google Drive folders

with candidate documentation. Ensure

accuracy and completeness

of candidate documents (passport, certificates, experience proofs). Liaise with candidates for

offer acceptance, pre-medicals, and travel arrangements

. Coordinate with the Recruitment Manager for

client updates and interview schedules

. Support in

walk-in recruitment drives

and on-ground mobilization logistics. Ensure compliance with

GCC visa procedures, labor laws, and company SOPs

.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong sourcing skills (job portals, social media, referrals, agents). Basic understanding of

GCC recruitment process

(visa, GAMCA, emigration). Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

and document management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree (preferred) or diploma with relevant recruitment experience.

2-5 years of experience

in bulk/overseas recruitment (oil & gas, construction preferred). Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn can also be considered for

Junior Recruiter

roles.

Compensation



Junior Recruiter:


1.8 L -
3 L per annum

Recruiter (2-5 yrs exp):


3 L -
5 L per annum Incentives based on

selections and deployments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
