Key Requirements:
Strong experience in
field hiring
(Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)
Must be comfortable in
Hindi & Gujarati
Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory
Ready for
on-ground recruitment
(field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)
Source and hire packers, pickers, stackers, loaders, and other operational roles through
field visits, vendor tie-ups, local centres, and job camps
.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and document verification in the field.
Plan and organize
walk-in drives, field recruitment events
, and mobilization campaigns.
Maintain regular coordination with
operations, HR, and onboarding teams
.
Maintain accurate daily/weekly hiring data and MIS reports.
Ensure recruitment targets are met as per manpower requirements.
Build and maintain a strong local hiring network and community references.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
