Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Shortlist resumes based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records
Follow up with selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Assist in drafting job postings and updating job descriptions
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Prepare daily or weekly reports on recruitment status
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in recruitment or HR will be an advantage
