Recruiter (Fresher)

to support end-to-end recruitment and help attract the right talent. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are punctual, result-driven, and accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS

Required Skills & Qualities

Punctual, responsible, and target-oriented Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment or LinkedIn sourcing preferred Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
