Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.

Candidate Experience:

Create a positive experience for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

Offer Management:

Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and with HR professionals on recruitment strategies.

Market Insight:

Stay informed about hiring trends, best practices, and the labor market to stay competitive.
Key Skills

Communication Skills:
