Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and job descriptions to deliver suitable profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback post-interviews.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
Proven experience as a Recruiter in a consultancy/agency setup (preferred 1-3 years).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
